Her love became a promise to help more cats.

When we moved into our home, one male stray cat began showing up. We fed him because walking away never felt like an option. Before long, one cat became several—and then came multiple litters of kittens. Some survived. Heartbreakingly, some did not.

For a long time, we cared for the outdoor strays and ferals out of our own pockets. We provided food and whatever help we could because every one of them deserved kindness, safety, and care.

One day, we came home to find a tiny feral kitten without his mother. We bottle-fed him, welcomed him inside, and later had him neutered. He is still part of our family today.

Then our beloved Siamese, Khaleesi, passed away unexpectedly. Losing her changed us. We decided to bring this work into the public eye in her honor—so that, with the help of our community, more cats could know what love feels like.

Project Khaleesi carries her love forward. Every community cat we help becomes part of her legacy.
